Uptown Fiduciary Services, Inc. was formed in 2015 by Geraldine “Gerry” Donnelly and Annelle Villa-Rubio with a shared commitment to professionalism, ethical fiduciary practice, and thoughtful client service. Built on decades of experience in probate, trust administration, and fiduciary support, the firm reflects the standards and values established by its founders—principles that remain central to Uptown Fiduciary’s work today.

Geraldine “Gerry”
Donnelly
Gerry is the co-founder of Uptown Fiduciary Services, Inc. and a pioneer in California’s professional fiduciary community. Over a distinguished 30-year career, she assisted estate planning and probate attorneys as a fiduciary, paralegal, and tax preparer, serving on hundreds of matters with care and integrity.
In 2015, Gerry established Uptown Fiduciary Services with a commitment to high professional standards and thoughtful client service. As one of the earliest licensed professional fiduciaries in the state (License No. 81), she helped shape best practices during the profession’s formative years.
Originally from England, Gerry now enjoys retirement while maintaining an active fiduciary license. She divides her time between Palm Springs and England, spending her summers abroad. Though retired from daily practice, her leadership and legacy continue to guide the firm she created.
